As per the FDA’s report (Occurrence of Adverse Events - Open FDA Reporting 2004-2023), fluoroquinolones have the most adverse events of any other drug on the market. Additionally, 87% of these adverse reactions resulted in a life-threatening condition, hospitalization, disability, congenital anomaly, other serious conditions, or death.
